Johnny Jacobs

Johnny (Son) Lewis Jacobs was born October 19, 1954, in Star City Arkansas to parents Susie Will Walton and Jonnie Jacobs and was raised by his stepfather Edger Brewer. 
Johnny was raised in a Christian family and during his early years he accepted Christ at Solid Rock Missionary Baptist Church along with his parents, sister Mary, and a host of aunt, uncles, and cousins. He would later join and rededicated his life at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church.
He attended and completed his education in Dallas ISD. In 1979 Johnny met the love of his life Charlette Collins and they raised 4 beautiful daughters together. 
Johnny was a dedicated truck driver and worked in the trucking industry for almost 40 years. He retired in 2018 due to his diagnosis to spend quality time with his family. Johnny loved traveling with his family, landscaping his yard, playing dominoes, listening to music, dancing (the California Worm (IYKYK), grilling, hosting family parties, all these things with his family and friends. He had a smile that would light up the room, loved to crack jokes and make everyone laugh with his sense of humor and his awesome personality.
Johnny was proceeded in death by his mother Susie Brewer, dad Johnnie Jacobs, Stepdad Edger Brewer, brothers: Lonnie Jacobs and Eugene Jacobs, sister: Mary Jacobs, and nephew: Billy Walton.
Those left to cherish his memories: Wife: Charlette Jacobs; Daughters: Chajuan (Kenneth), WyShonna (Kevin), LaCrystal, Jennifer (Jules); Sisters: Mary Hillary (Larry), Delores Jacobs, Virginia Jacobs Cobb (George) Step Sister: Ethel Mae Robindon, Grandchildren: Kendre, Lorgan, J’Varia, Paeton, Kellie, Josh, Masen, and Jewels, Great- grand: Stormii, Nephew: Rodrick and Niece: Ruth; and a host of aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends
